BLEU HEALTH SPORTS CHIROPRACTIC specializes in healing and preventing sports and movement-related injuries.  In order to provide relief and properly correct a fault, the body and its injuries must be seen as a whole. AT BHSC, we assess posture, proper movement patterns, and identify faulty biomechanics in order to correctly diagnose and treat your condition.  Crossfitters, performing artists, athletes, actors, or individuals with active lifestyles alike benefit from BHSC’s whole-body, multifaceted approach to healing.  We utilize a range of proven individualized techniques to ensure a pain-free return to your daily activities.

Muscles are often overlooked as the source of pain or as causes of neuropathy such as carpal tunnel syndrome or sciatica. Neuropathy is commonly caused by compression of nerves around muscles, bones, fascia, or old injury scar tissue/adhesions. Faulty movement patterns lead to dysfunction, causing muscle and joint pain, which further causes movement dysfunction by compensatory actions.  Each specific muscle also has pain referral patterns and a skilled practitioner must have the ability to differentiate pain syndromes. Without a proper diagnosis, one cannot effectively and efficiently treat the root cause and thus the symptoms.  We specialize in diagnosing hard and difficult cases that others may have missed.  Surgery is NOT the last option!

Our #1 treatment method for neuromuscular dysfunction is called Active Release Technique or ART. Considered the gold standard of soft tissue therapy, ART is sought after by nearly every professional athlete worldwide and utilized by every professional league including the NFL, MLB, NHL, PGA, LPGA, US Olympics, and more. Dr. Park is a ART instructor, Certified Titleist Performance Institute Medical Professional and PSC Certified Chiropractic Provider on the PGA Tour.

We are in network with most insurance plans including United Healthcare, Oxford, Aetna, Empire Plan, and more.
